Pixaria Gallery 1.3.1 has been released

The long awaited update to Pixaria Gallery version 1.3 is now available. This update is mainly a bug fix and maintenance release. Effort in this release has been focused on fixing existing problems with the store and making it easier for users to debug their own installations of the script.

The primary new features are diagnostic tools for checking the status of your installation and a new logging system for monitoring the built-in PayPal integration script. This should make it easier to investigate the source of any problems with PayPal integration.

Change of address for the forums

The Pixaria discussion forums have been moved to a new domain name as a temporary measure to reduce the number of spam postings taking place on the forum.

The new address http://discussions.pixaria.com/ is already live and your usernames and passwords from the previous location will still apply at this new location.

In the long term, I'm considering moving to a hosted community platform instead of running the forums myself. Getting rid of spam is proving too difficult and PHPBB, the system I use isn't up to the job without applying hundreds of modifications that make upgrading harder.
