If you do any kind of web development work on a Mac or even want to block or redirect access to specific domains, you have probably edited the system file /etc/hosts. If like me, you've recently upgraded to Mac OS X Lion and now find that entries appended to this file don't work, the reason is probably because there is no carriage return after the last line in the file.
To ensure that all your hosts file entries work correctly, including the last one, all you need to do is leave an empty blank line after the last entry in the file like this:

I'm pleased to announce the release of Pixaria Gallery and Pixaria AssetDeck version 3.3.4. This release adds support for offering PDF contact sheets for entire galleries and includes major improvements to the gallery browser tool for rearranging galleries in the admin area.
Also included in version 3.3.4 are minor usability improvements and bug fixes throughout the admin user interface, a bug fix for French and French Canadian localisations and better handling of images with non-sRGB colour profiles. Further details of all the changes in this release can be found in the release notes.
All registered users are entitled to upgrade for free by e-mailing me at upgrade@pixaria.com. As always, please take a moment to check out the release notes and change log before upgrading as these contain full details of all the modifications in this version.
