How to get technical support

If you have a question which isn't covered in the user documentation, please send an e-mail to get in touch with details of the help you require. To speed up handling of issue and bug reports, it is helpful to include screenshots and a link to your site alongside details of the steps needed to repeat the problem.

Software release notes

The software release notes list the changes made to Pixaria as each update to the script is released. It's very important to check this before upgrading to see what bug have been fixed and to determine if any new features will affect the way your website works. Significant new features are highlighted in red.

File version change history

The file version change history contains important information about which files in Pixaria have changed between different versions of the script. It's highly recommended that all users consult this list of files before upgrading to ensure that any customised templates you have in your site are not affected by the upgrade. Pixaria is a rapidly developing script and significant changes take place on a fairly regular basis.
