It's easy to move or copy files from one gallery to another using the library management tools in the admin area. Bulk and batch file operations for media inside a gallery are accessed via the list view for media contained in a gallery.

To list the images in a gallery, first, browse to either the gallery list view or the gallery browser tool using the links in the 'Library' tab of the admin navigation toolbar.

Choose the browse galleries or list galleries links.

Next select the gallery you wish to work with and choose the 'List images' link to show a list of all the media inside the gallery.

Choose the option to list images in the gallery

Now, select the files you would like to copy or move to another gallery and from the menu at the bottom of the list, choose the action you would like to perform. Note that you can also access batch and bulk editing tools from this menu.
